Everyday support to suit your routine

Personal Care covers a range of daily tasks — things like showering, grooming, dressing, or managing continence, all in the comfort of your own space. These may be simple routines or require more specialised care, and can happen at home or out in the community in Perth, Peel and Albany.

With Interchange WA, you’ll be supported by trained Support Workers who are professional, discreet and focused on helping you maintain your independence.
