Get to know Anne

With over 20 years of strategic leadership experience in Western Australia, Anne brings a wealth of expertise in health and disability sectors, most recently navigating the complexities of the NDIS, Supported Independent Living (SIL), and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).

Throughout her career, Anne has demonstrated an extraordinary ability to transition services from block funding to sustainable NDIS models. Notably, her previous role in developing and co-designing SDA housing for people with Huntington’s Disease is a testament to her innovative leadership and commitment to enhancing the lives of those we serve.

Her holistic approach, bridging executive strategy with frontline operations, coupled with her deep understanding of financial performance, client outcomes, and staff retention, positions her as a transformative leader for our organisation. We are excited to have her lead our teams, driving continued success and expansion as we work together to deliver impactful services to our community.

Get to know David

Gautam joined Interchange WA in May 2025. He brings with him a wealth of experience as a CFO in the not-for-profit sector, having dedicated the past 15 years to working with Aged Care and Disability organisations.

He is driven by the sense of purpose in the not-for profit sector and helping people achieve goals.

Gautam’s vision and dedication to financial excellence and sustainability will be instrumental as we continue to grow and innovate. His strong skills in coordinating services for those we support allows our frontline teams to focus on delivering our high-quality supports. His personal and professional experiences make him a valuable addition to our team.

Get to know Mal

Mal Cronstedt is proud and humbled to serve as Chair of the Interchange WA Board, a role he commenced in December 2024 after previously holding positions as Deputy Chair and Chair of Governance.

Get to know Glenn

Glenn Myers is an experienced Executive, having held a number of Executive and Board roles throughout his career whilst spanning Cape Town, Auckland and Perth.

Glenn is a Chartered Accountant and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has specific expertise in information technology, financial management, strategic planning and risk management.

Glenn is committed to assisting those less fortunate than himself and, through his position on the Interchange WA Board, contributing to Interchange WA’s vision and mission by leveraging his skills and experience.

Get to know Jamie

Jamie is a trusted legal advisor with a strong focus on protecting the rights of older Australians and people with disability. With extensive experience in estate planning, special disability trusts, guardianship, and capacity matters, he brings critical insight into safeguarding the futures of individuals and families across WA.

An approachable and straight-talking lawyer, Jamie has helped countless people navigate the legal side of succession, wealth protection, and supported decision-making. His deep understanding of family dynamics, corporate structures and complex estates makes him a valuable voice on the Interchange WA Board.

Jamie was admitted to practice in 2005 and holds degrees in Law and Arts from the University of Western Australia. He is the lead partner for private clients at Hamilton Locke in Western Australia.

Jamie is a dad of four and a seasoned ultra runner who loves to cook and read in his spare time. He is inspired to serve with Interchange WA through family and client experiences with disability.

Get to know David

David is married with two young daughters. His oldest daughter has been diagnosed with Autism and Global Development Delay which has encouraged him to become actively involved in the disability sector.

A qualified Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting, a Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning and a Master in Applied Finance, David has over 15 years’ experience in senior finance, fulfilling Director, CFO and Operations Manager roles. He has also served as a Responsible Manager on several AFS Licences.

David joined the Board as he wants to contribute to providing the best possible services to the people we support.

Get to know Alex

Alexandra McMillan is a respected healthcare leader with two decades of experience spanning not-for-profit and private sectors. With a background in nursing, she is a passionate advocate for improving access and equity in healthcare, particularly for vulnerable and underserved populations.

With expertise in clinical governance, quality improvement and strategic healthcare delivery, she is committed to enhancing the individual experience and driving positive change in complex care settings. In addition to serving at Interchange WA, Alex is Head of Clinical Governance at the Royal Flying Doctor Service, where her clinical governance expertise and strategic insight contribute to advancing quality standards and delivering high-quality care.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Nursing and a Graduate Certificate in Health Policy and Administration. She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Affiliate of the Governance Institute. She is actively involved in many Governance and Steering committees across different sectors. Alex feels privileged to support organisations that align with her skills, values and passion.

Get to know Tanvi

Tanvi is an accomplished Chief Finance Officer, C – suite executive with broad commercial and corporate services acumen, and a non-executive Director in various industries.

Tanvi’s leadership is defined by strategic vision, governance excellence, and her ability to drive transformative results in complex environments.

Her career spans public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, with significant contributions across industries such as ports, transport, infrastructure, health, education, tourism, and manufacturing.

As a Fellow of CPA Australia and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Tanvi exemplifies a steadfast commitment to professional excellence and governance standards.

Tanvi brings deep expertise in driving business strategy through technology and transformation in complex environments, balanced with strong skills in corporate governance and risk management.

Tanvi’s governance acumen is evident through her roles as Company Secretary, Board Director, and Chair of the Finance Audit and Risk Committee for Rural Health West, Board Director and Deputy Chair Finance Audit and Risk Committee at Metropolitan Cemeteries Board, Resources Committee member at Edith Cowan University and Board Director and Finance, Audit and Risk Committee member at Interchange WA. She has also served as Board Chair, Treasurer, and WA Division Councillor for prominent organisations like Neuromuscular WA and CPA Australia.

As a seasoned C-suite executive, Tanvi has held pivotal roles, including Chief Finance Officer, General Manager of Commercial and Corporate Services, and Board Secretary at Fremantle Ports. She successfully led functions spanning finance, ICT, cybersecurity, HR, legal services, procurement, and contract management.
