Salary packaging

Looking after others is rewarding but it can also be challenging. Our Employee Assistance Program provides free, confidential support when you need it most.

This service is fully subsidised by Interchange WA and available to all employees and their immediate family. Whether you’re facing personal, financial, or work-related challenges, professional help is only a phone call away.

You would need an NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate to work as a disability Support Worker here at Interchange WA. You would also be required to submit a valid NDIS Screening Clearance to work for a registered NDIS provider.
