Interchange advises that Chief Executive Officer Justin O’Meara Smith will be departing the organisation to pursue other opportunities.
The Board will shortly commence a recruitment process to appoint a permanent Chief Executive Officer.
In the interim, Anne Mecham, Chief Operating Officer, and Gautam Gupta, Chief Financial Officer, have been appointed to jointly lead the organisation as Co-Chief Executive Officers. This arrangement provides continuity of leadership while recruitment is underway.
