NDIS Audit Update
Interchange is a registered NDIS Provider which means we have to meet NDIS Quality and Safeguarding standards and the NDIS Code of Conduct. These standards ensure services are high quality and your rights and views are respected, whilst also keeping you safe. To confirm standards are met disability service providers are regularly audited.
Interchange is currently undergoing an NDIS Audit. The first stage has been completed, which included all our policies and procedures being reviewed. We are now moving onto the second stage of the Audit where site visits will give us the opportunity to show how well our Interchangers put our values, policies, and procedures into action.
What role do you play?
In December 2021 the independent assessment team will interview Interchange staff and ask for feedback from people we support and review our files. The interviews will explore your experience with the services we provide, and the review of files will allow the assessors to determine if we are meeting our requirements under the standards.
If you use our services you would have received the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ via our latest Newsletter and you were taken off the list of potential site visits and file reviews.
If you are keen to contribute to this Audit, please reach out to hello@interchangewa.org.au before 6 December 2021.

Interviews will be conducted by phone and will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Any information you provide assessors will be de-identified and your personal information will not be shared with us or the NDIS Commission.
Do you have Feedback for us?
