What is Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) NDIS?
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) NDIS refers to housing specifically designed to support people with significant disabilities who require more accessible housing solutions.
The accommodation is tailored to meet the needs of individuals with complex support requirements, such as those needing specific equipment, home modifications, and/or access to 24/7 support staff. SDA homes are built or modified to incorporate features that assist with mobility, communication, and daily living activities, giving you independence, safety, and quality of life in your home.

How to access SDA funding
Accessing SDA is subject to eligibility criteria and availability of NDIS funding. Interchange can help you by working closely with NDIS planners, Support Coordinators, and housing providers to help navigate the process effectively and help with alternative solutions should you not be eligible.
