Karma joined Interchange just six months ago, and he is already making a significant impact in our Belmont Neighbourhood. His dedication to our core values has not gone unnoticed, earning him a nomination for the prestigious iThink You Are Awesome award by his team. 

We are incredibly grateful for Karma’s commitment to providing person-centered support to the people in his Neighbourhood.

This principle guides his work and interactions every day. Karma truly enjoys working at Interchange, appreciating the friendly atmosphere and the respectful treatment of all employees. When he is not at work, Karma loves spending time with his wife and their 7-year-old daughter.
