Millie Zapata started at Interchange early 2010 as a Community Facilitator. Millie comes from a childcare background having worked in the industry for 13 years. During this time she worked extensively with children living with varying disabilities. In 2011, Millie was appointed Coordinator of the Osborne Park Service Centre. Millie believes that is essential to find that balance between Duty-of-care and Dignity-of-risk for each client as they pursue their individual goals in regular community settings.
